Here on the California coast! Or anywhere for that matter. One would think with the current technology we still, somehow, cannot prevent oil spill disasters like this one. Here is a link to a website that tracks all boat activity of San Francisco Bay and shows the path of the Cosco Busan as it scrapes the pier of the Bay Bridge.
