The big Thanksgiving holiday travel season starts tomorrow, and if you’re traveling with a pet there’s some things you should know before you show up at the airport with Fluffy or Bruno or Earl or… well you get the idea.
The “human-powered search engine” Mahalo has a great collection of helpful tips on how to fly with pets including what airlines will let you fly with your pot-bellied pig, ferret, hamster, reptile, or even your dog or cat if that’s your thing. Plus they have lots of links to other articles that’ll help you figure it all out.
The best advise of all is to plan ahead — do the research so you know what to expect before you show up at the airport with your pet.
